I was just curious if you ever experienced any difficulties with regards to fuel delivery since I see that you're using the stock injectors.
I've been contemplating 8psi but since Silvino says that it's posing some problems for him with the stock injectors, I'm starting to have doubts.
What do you think?

Well I haven't hadany problems (known that is) running the stocker with the 8psi setup. I didi switch over to the HO Walbro after 1fstgsr posted hie engine rebuild story and I now see about 50psi at idel and the A/F is reading way rich on boost so no problems. I am in the process of getting bigger injectors and then will wait on the result of the FMU to see which one I will get. Though I have no probelms, why chance it? If I were you I would at least get the HO Walbro and then keep an eye on the A.F to see how you are doing. I think I might also be one of the lucky ones because I don't seem to have the serious richness problem that everybody else does. No black tail pipe syndrom for me
Let me know if you have more questions, CYA

I don't think the problems are with WOT at high rpm. Although some may be having them. The biggest problem is to leverage the instant boost by getting enough fuel in right as you jump on it. Are cars have the equivilant of turbo lag, cause we cannot get the gas in quick enough. Bigger injectors, lower fuel pressures. This should do the trick. It's ideal, but not needed per sey, although I think the larger HO pump with the stock setup is a good idea.

My car is just plain having fuel issues so let's keep me out of this general comparison for now
. I've got fuel being held up somewhere. My car runs great with low fuel pressure down low but crap at mid and high throttle (basically boosted). WHen I have lots of fuel..I run boggy (too rich) and pretty good at mid range and lean up top. I'm also now seeing the tip problem in since I fixed one kinked hose. Basically I've got a few days or work before I can be ok again. If I didn't have to pay for this dental bill of $700, you know I'd have those fat injectors and cartech unit
.
